I’m a trauma-focused, culturally sensitive psychotherapist working at the crossroads of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I draw from many traditions and modalities to support the whole of you; not just your thoughts, but your feelings, body, relationships, and sense of meaning. This approach honors both the practical and the symbolic, the present moment and your deeper story.

I see what we often call “symptoms” as creative adaptations to difficult or harmful experiences. While insight is valuable, healing also lives in the body; the body truly does keep the score. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, sensations, and longings, reclaim parts of yourself left behind, and shift patterns that no longer serve you—all while staying connected to your inner compass.

My approach blends talk therapy with embodied practices like movement, breathwork, mindfulness, art, play, dreamwork, and imaginal explorations. Grounded in curiosity and collaboration, my style recognizes that you are the expert on your own experience. At heart, I believe we all have the capacity to heal and live more authentic, fulfilling lives.
