My therapeutic approach is shaped by my own journey of navigating identity, connection, and belonging as a Latina immigrant with mixed Indigenous and European ancestry. Having lived in four countries and moved between cultures, I’ve learned what it’s like to never fit neatly into a single box, and how that space in-between can be both challenging and liberating. These experiences have taught me to hold multiple perspectives at once, with curiosity, compassion and humor.
Before becoming a therapist, I had careers in finance, diplomacy, and art management. Each transition, geographical and professional, carried me through spaces with shifting layers of privilege tied to race, class, language, and immigration status. All of this informs how I show up in the therapy room: grounded, open, and ready to meet you wherever you are.
I’m a middle-aged, cisgender, able-bodied woman who believes in both the depth and playfulness of being human. Outside of work, you’ll often find me cooking, dancing, practicing yoga, hiking to alpine lakes, or perfecting the fine art of hammock napping
